Project Project Title : การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบพอลิเมอร์ผสมระหว่างยางธรรมชาติกับพอลิโพรพิลีนที่มีน้ำหนักโมเลกุลต่างกัน (Comparative Study of Polymer Blends Between Natural Rubber and Isotactic Polypropylene at Various Molecular Weights)     downloaded 49 times Researcher Name : ยุพาพร รักสกุลพิวัฒน์ (Yupaporn Ruksakulpiwat) Abstract : บทคัดย่อ เทอร์โมพลาสติกอิลาสโตเมอร์ (TPEs) เตรียมโดยวิธีการไดนามิควัลคาไนเซชันของยางธรรมชาติกับพอลิโพรพิลีนที่อัตราส่วนต่าง ๆ ในการศึกษาพอลิเมอร์ผสมระหว่างยางธรรมชาติ กับพอลิโพรพิลีนจะศึกษาผลกระทบของการเปลี่ยนแปลงอัตราส่วนระหว่างยางธรรมชาติ กับ พอลิโพรพิลีน (Polypropylene, PP) ต่อสมบัติต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ สมบัติทางวิทยากระแส สมบัติทางความร้อน และยังรวมไปถึงปัจจัยที่ใช้ในการขึ้นรูป (Processing Conditions) ของการขึ้นรูปพอลิเมอร์ผสมโดยใช้เครื่องฉีด (Injection Molding) โดยการเปลี่ยนแปลงความเร็วในการฉีด(Injection Speed) และอุณหภูมิในการฉีด ต่อสมบัติของชิ้นงานฉีด ได้แก่ความแข็ง อุณหภูมิการบิดงอ ลักษณะโครงสร้างทางสัณฐานวิทยา และสมบัติทางกล พอลิโพรพิลีนที่มีน้ำหนักโมเลกุลต่าง ๆ จะถูกใช้ในการศึกษานี้เพื่อดูผลกระทบต่อสมบัติที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นด้วย Abstract Thermoplastic elastomer (TPEs) were prepared by dynamic vulcanization of isotactic polypropylenes (i-PP) at various molecular weights and natural rubber. The ratios between natural rubber and i-PP were varied from 0-60%. The effect of rations between natural rubber and i-PP on rheological and thermal property was studied. Injection molded TPEs were prepared at various processing conditious including three injection speeds and three melt temperatures. The effect of processing conditious on hardness, heat distortion temperature, morphological property and mechanical property of the specimens were determined. Polypropylenes with various molecular weights were used in this study and the effect of their molecular weights on these properties were also elucidated.
